It’s Sunday, which means that it’s time for another Titan Poker update. Today’s article is all about live events and satellite opportunities. There are many prestigious tournaments scheduled all around the world, and Titan wants to give its players every chance possible to win their way in. You don’t have to be a high stakes player to win a prize package either - Titan makes it very possible for new players and veteran players alike to win. If you’ve never been to South Africa but you’ve always wanted to go, you may be interested in the Sun City Million Dollar Poker Tournament, happening from September 1 to September 8 of this year. This will be the biggest poker tournament in Africa’s history, with the prize pool guaranteed to be a minimum of $1.5 million.

For as little as a dollar, you can win a spot in the weekly Super Satellites, which have been taking place every Saturday night since July 19th. Upon winning a satellite seat, players will have the chance to choose between these locations.
As with the South African event, there are weekly Super Satellites to these events as well. The Super Satellites run every Thursday until October 28th. If buying in to these satellites is a little too much for you, you can win your way in for as little as $2.00+$0.20.
Two Titan Poker players have already won seats in the GUKPT. Canadian player Sean Allen hasn’t decided which event to play in, yet. On the other hand, British player Garry Cargill decided on Luton very quickly. “I’ve been playing poker for around two years now and I’ve been quite successful - but qualifying for the GUKPT is undoubtedly my greatest achievement so far,” Cargill said. “I’m excited to have this chance to test myself against some of the country’s best players and find out just how good (or indeed bad) I really am. I’m trying not to expect too much, but it’s very difficult as the money that I stand to win could be life-changing!”
