Broadway Tables, part of the Cake Network, is giving you a shot at a seat at the 2011 World series of Poker Main Event for just $33. It seems like a long way off, but the WSOP has a tendency to sneak up on players. To qualify, players will be battling it out on the felt during League Season 2.

The League is a series of weekly tournaments designed to keep you in tip top poker shape as your winter hibernation turns to spring showers of money. Every Sunday, from January 16 – March 20, you will do battle against others to prove your poker prowess. To register, log-in, select Poker, under Select Game click on Private, and then select Broadway League Tournament. The buy-in to each League event is $33 and the top nine finishers will cash.

You will accumulate points based on where you finish. The League Leaderboard is updated every week and all you have to do is finish in the top 80% of players to earn your spot in the Champion Tournament on March 27, 2011.

Besides a spot at the League Championship, the top ten players, based on the League Leaderboard, will earn tournament tokens. Tokens range from $268 (1st place) to $33 (10th place).

The League Championship Tournament features the same $33 buy-in as the weekly tournaments and there will be at least six $540 WSOP Satellite seats up for grabs. Win one of these and you can play the $540 qualifier for your shot at a $12,500 World Series of Poker Prize Package.
