Full-Tilt-Poker Teams Up With Ferguson

Full-Tilt-Poker Teams Up With Ferguson

Posted on 22 May 2008 at 4:35 pm EDT by Rxgrossman | Permalink

Chris “Jesus” Ferguson is playing host to a Heads-Up Tournament hosted by Full Tilt Poker. With up to 64 players and a $25,000 buy-in per player, Full Tilt Poker is already calling it the biggest heads-up tournament ever; live or online. Many other Full Tilt Poker professionals, such as Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Jennifer Harman, and Gus Hansen are set to be present.

The tournament starts Saturday at 3 PM E.T. and continues on Sunday with the final two rounds starting at 4 PM E.T. It is strictly a series of single elimination heads-up matches until there is a final champion.

Full Tilt Poker is offering online qualifiers for the event also. It’s part of a $500 + $35 heads-up tournaments, one which was held earlier today with another one taking place Friday at 9PM.

Fans can go to Full Tilt Poker to watch the action, but if by chance you miss it, Ali Nejad and Chris Ferguson will provide you with post-event commentary.

Hopefully they will be able to get even more of the Full Tilt Poker Pro’s to play in this tournament, as they have won 32 WSOP bracelets as a team. Stop on over at Full Tilt Poker for more details!
