The largest buy-in tournament of the Full Tilt Online Poker series took place over the span of two days this past weekend.  The $2500+$120 buy-in two-day event attracted 942 of the world’s best MTT players creating a massive prize-pool of $2,355,000.  Outlasting some of the world’s best players was going to be a difficult task, and in the end only one player could say he topped them all.  “hAAydon” took home 1st place and nearly $400,000 in prize money after a 3-way chop was discussed and finalized.  Players “triahtlon4″ and “knickadam55″ were also involved in the chop and each took home well over $300,000.  The players took turns folding for nearly ten minutes as they awaited a Full Tilt Representative to help faciliate the deal.

Full Tilt red pro Erich Kollmann busted on the final-table bubble in 10th, earning himself just over $22,000.   There were many High-stakes MTT and NL Cash players making deep runs.  Former online prodigy “Ozzy 87″ made the final three tables, finishing in 25th place and earning more than $9,000.  Ozzy 87 has played in some of the biggest NL Cash games that have ever run online, typically at stakes 200/400 and higher.  Although he is not yet 21 years old Ozzy has been dominating online high stakes poker for the past few years.

Other high-stakes players included “PLAYMONEYPRO” who finished 18th and Tom “SBrounder” West who finished in 16th place.  Both earned nearly $12,000 for their deep runs.   “Tony G” made the final table; however, do not confuse him with high-stakes loud mouth Tony Guoga.  Tony G is a respectable online-MTT player who is certainly accustomed to being confused for the well-known TV professional.

High-stakes  Frenchman David Benyamine made the money finishing in 63rd place.  Benyamine, who has made over $7,000,000 playing PLO on Full-Tilt poker since 2007, might find little use for his $5,600 in prize money.  Kristy Gazes, wife of fellow professional Bill Gazes finished 81st for nearly $5,000.
