$15 Million Guaranteed at FTOPS IX

Get ready because FTOPS IX is ready to start full swing! If you recall FTOPS VIII, you’ll remember that over $15 million in prize money was given out over the 24 event schedule. This time around, the FTOPS IX series is made up of 25 events with a greater than $15 million guaranteed prize pool! The first event starts on August 6th and the series plays until August 17th. The fifth ever FTOPS Two-Day Event will run August 16th. This has proven to be one of the most popular FTOPS events. This series’ Two-Day Event has a guaranteed prize pool of $2,000,000! Perhaps you can join the select few who have taken home the first place prize!
Exciting tournaments and prizes would make any player want to make a name for themselves in the series. Each tournament is hosted by a Full Tilt Pro, which includes names like David Benyamine, Karina Jett, and John D’Agostino. Any player who can make it to the final table in any of the events will be rewarded their very own limited-edition FTOPS jacket. If they not only make the final table, but also win the event, they will receive a gold FTOPS jersey and a gold jersey avatar to use on Full Tilt Poker along with the prize money.
Other features are the Bouncebackability Freeroll and the Satellite Challenge. The Boucebackability Freeroll allows a player to “bounce back” after a bad beat and have still have the chance to prove their stuff. The last player to be eliminated before the money in any of the FTOPS events will automatically be offered entry into an exclusive Freeroll - the Bouncebackability Freeroll. It takes place on August 23rd. Players in the Freeroll will be competing for a buy-in to the FTOPS X Main Event. The Satellite Challenge allows players to win as many satellites for the FTOPS IX events as possible. After winning entry to an event, any additional satellites won for that same event will earn the players T$ equal to the tournament entry. Earning more entires than anyone else will also reward more T$.
