Make a Deposit
PokerStars offers a wide range of deposit options.

Navigate to the PokerStars site using any of the links you will find on this page. Click the red “Play Poker – Free Download” button.
For FireFox and Chrome users: click on save file when the first prompt appears, then click “run”.

For Internet Explorer users: you will be prompted to run or save the file for later. Go ahead and click “run”.
You will be prompted for a preferred language. Make your selection and then press “Next”.
PokerStars will display the License agreement. Select “I Agree” and then press next.
There will be two types of setup options. Express install will install PokerStars with all standard options. To choose a specific folder for PokerStars, or to customize which shortcuts you’d like, select the Custom install option. Check/uncheck the boxes of items you’d like or prefer not to have at this time. Then choose a path for PokerStars to install to.
The PokerStars software will now automatically download the rest of the needed files and install them for you.
After the download and install is completed, you will see the screen below. You can choose to launch PokerStars right away by clicking finish. If you’d like to wait before launching, uncheck the box, then press finish.

If you’re new to PokerStars, you can open a new account in no time by clicking the red “Log in” button at the bottom right. When the log in window appears, press “Create New Account…”
On the account creation screen, choose a screen name, password and enter your email. Then, you want to select 'Marketing Code' from the Choose Source drop down menu. Enter FlopTurnRiver in the Marketing Code box.
Finally, fill out your personal information on them form as seen here. A validation code will be sent to your email address. You’re required to confirm this address before you’ll be able to make a deposit. PokerStars will deliver an email to your inbox. It will include a code that you will input in a window found on in the lobby under Account – Validate Email Address.

To get to the PokerStars deposit page, click the red “Cashier” button. It is at the bottom right of the lobby window, where the Log In button appeared before you logged in. Once the Cashier page is open, you can deposit in the default currency by pressing the red “Buy Chips” button. PokerStars allows you carry multiple currency balances at the same time. Currently PokerStars lets users maintain balances in U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). To add a new type of currency to your account, press the grey “Add New Currency” button.
On the Buy Chips deposit page, select the deposit method you’d like to use, then press deposit. Fill in the required information, along with the bonus code, and press “Submit”. Follow any additional directions if prompted to do so.
