The Lock Poker Welcome Bonus is a generous 200% Bonus for first time deposits up to $4,000, meaning that you could earn up to $4,000 with a max deposit of $2,000. In order to use the Bonus on your initial deposit, you must enter the Lock Poker bonus code ‘THEFUTURE’ before making your deposit.
The Bonus is released in $5 increments, and in order to do that you will need to earn VIP Points for raked hands played and tournament fees paid. Here is how it works: Each $1 in rake that you generate is worth 1 VIP Point and every $1 you pay to participate in a tournament is worth 7 VIP Points, and 84 VIP Points are equivalent to $5 in cleared Bonus. That means that you will need to rack up 84 VIP Points to make $5 in Bonus, at which point that $5 will be credited to your account and you can start working on the next $5 increment. So essentially, you must generate $84.00 in rake or pay $12.00 in tournament fees for every $5 of Bonus that you clear.
Example: If your initial Deposit is $500, you are eligible for up to $1,000 in Bonus money, and in order to get it you will need to earn 84 VIP points 200 times (because $5 x 200 = your $1,000 Bonus). That means that you’ll need to earn a grand total of 16,800 VIP Points, which comes out to generating $16,800 in rake or paying $2,400 in tournament fees. This Bonus is not easy to clear, but it is attainable, particularly if you start out with a larger initial deposit.
