“Nice room, few fish” by Aces, 04 Jun 2008

Atmosphere:  5/5   Wait:  4/5   Variety:  4/5   Fish 2/5

Beautiful room, lovely waitresses, wait was short(on a Wed night). Good variety of games. Tables and seats were comfy. Drinks came pretty quickly. Comps only $1/hr payed out in $20 increments so don't bother with the players card if you're not going to play here a bunch. Played 2/5NL and this was the toughest room I visited on my trip(which included the Sahara, TI, and Venetian rooms). There was some loose/questionable play on my table but I never had position or cards to take advantage. I would play here again but there are better rooms for maximizing profit.

“Mixed Bag” by Xianti, 31 Mar 2006

Atmosphere:  5/5   Wait:  3/5   Variety:  4/5   Fish 3/5

This is possibly one of the most beautiful poker rooms in all of Vegas. It's spacious and the decor is very posh. The wait wasn't terribly long. The lack of a cap on maximum buy-ins is a bit unsettling, however, unless you have a fat bankroll. I played the NLHE $1/$3 ring once. I bought in for $400, only to be sitting with half the table having $900 or more. The game was fairly tight, even at these small stakes. There was maybe one or two that I would consider fairly loose. I didn't play for very long, as I was just killing some time while waiting for a friend. I would definitely try it again another time, but would need to bring a bigger bankroll.
