At CakePoker.net you can play for with other players worldwide. They offer ring freeplay for Hold'em, Omaha, and 7 Card Stud. This is one of the smaller rooms for play money that I saw, with only about 50 or so people playing with play money. Part of this reason is because they only offer ring, and not any free sit & go or multi-table tournaments.

CakePoker.net offers a few different freerolls, some with a prize pool as large as $350. In order to play in these you must qualify from other satellites to win yourself a seat. There are uslally about 100 or so players involved and you must finish in the top 9; which isn't too hard of a feat (especially for free money).
