Betsson Poker offers its players a huge initial deposit bonus: 100% up to $1600! Player points must be earned to clear the bonus. The amount of player points needed per bonus dollar is dependent on the amount initially deposited. Assuming the appropriate bonus password was entered when transferring to the poker account, an initial deposit of $150 clears at a rate of 10 player points per dollar, a deposit of $200 (or more) up to $555 clears the player points at a rate of 8 player points per dollar, and a deposit of $1000 (or more) up to $1600 clears the player points at 10 player points per dollar. Please note that the bonus for deposits of $1000 or more clear at a slower rate than those at the $200 level. Earning player points is simple. In cash games, for every raked hand played, 0.1 player points are awarded for each $0.10 increment of rake. As for tournaments, each dollar in tournament fees earns the player 5 player points.

Worst of all, a player is given only 60 days to complete this bonus. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the most difficult, this bonus rates a 10 for being extremely difficult (almost impossible) to clear.
It is our advice that if you are attempting to earn this bonus, unless you play a lot at higher stakes, you should deposit $500 or less, making the bonus more possible to earn. (For example, if you deposited $500 instead of $1,600, it would take about 151,515 hands to clear at 50 NL, which is much easier.)
